Paul's educational journey started at Atlantic Community High School where he was an IB student and later graduated as AJROTC Battalion Commander (Cadet Colonel) in 1993. He is currently the President of Consult PR and is excited to be the inaugural President of AJAA. He has always kept a special spot in his heart for the ACHS Army JROTC program, making sure to support the unit every chance he has gotten over the years.  

He is an accomplished executive leader, cricket player, dedicated to his faith, family, country, his firm CPR, and his community (including AJAA). He has been happily married for more than 20 years to his wife Bhavana and together they enjoy raising their two daughters, Paveena & Amelia.

Louis graduated ACHS as AJROTC Battalion XO (Cadet LTC) in 1996. He is excited to be the inaugural Vice President of AJAA.

After beginning his career as a tax auditor, Louis soon discovered a newfound passion. For four and half years he worked diligently as a Senior Analyst to support Office Depot's supply chain activities; such as EPA emissions, productivity indexes, and more. When not working hard to meet deadlines or crunching numbers at the office, Louis loves spending time with loved ones playing sports outdoors while staying active!

For the past 14 years, this professional has gained invaluable experience in a wide range of management roles. From overseeing end-to-end delivery of outsourced BPO contracts to budgeting for operations and maximizing revenue synergies with Office Depot Corporation – it's no wonder he is so sought after! As if that wasn't enough on his plate, for the last 10+ years he has been helping business leaders ensure their processes are ready to weather any storm as Lead Consultant.
